Joey Roth released his Ceramic Speakers earlier this year. Their porcelain shells and natural birch stands looked to many like a blank canvas. So, Joey gave sets of the speakers to nine of his favorite artists and designers, to modify and reshape using their own visual languages. – SoundsLike

the Zoo loves music so of course the Zoo loves speakers; i actually sat through the whole of the video without a flinch so it comes with certification. i have a DIY’d 6:2 (what’s one of those?) set ups at the Zoo HQ & we all use speakers of some kind, nice to see them as more than just a black box shoved into the corner; props to Joey Roth for this, a nice follow on from his Ceramic Speakers & Turntable. . .
